A complete service, from first idea to final detail.

Plutus Luxury is not a self-service catalogue. Our bespoke service is a relationship that begins with a conversation about your space and ends with a fully realised installation, ready for the season. The Plutus Luxury team personally leads every commission.

We work with private residences, hotels, restaurants, embassies, corporate offices, and luxury retail spaces across Vienna and Austria. Each commission is treated as a singular project, with the same care whether it is a single statement tree or a complete seasonal transformation across multiple floors.

The Brief

Every commission begins with a conversation. Tell us about your space, your style, your timeline, and the moments you want to create. You can begin with our brief form below, or contact us directly. Every brief is personally reviewed by our team.

The Site Visit

For larger commissions, our firm professionals visit your property in person. We study the architecture, the light, the existing palette, and the way the space will be used during the season. Nothing is selected from a catalogue without context.

The Design Proposal

Our team prepares a design concept that reflects your space and your character. This includes tree selection, garland and wreath placement, scent and ambiance choices, and the styling elements that lift the whole composition together.

Sourcing

We source from our authorised Van der Gucht partnership and from our network of carefully selected Italian and European suppliers. Everything is procured directly, never sub-contracted, and quality is verified before it reaches your space.

Delivery and Installation

Our own team delivers and installs. No third party couriers, no rushed assembly. Every tree is shaped by hand, every garland placed with care, every detail considered. We work around your schedule, including evenings and weekends for hospitality clients.

Through the Season

We remain available throughout the season for adjustments, refreshes, and any styling questions. Your installation is supported, not abandoned after delivery. For multi-month installations, we schedule mid-season visits as standard.

Dismantle and Storage

At the end of the season our team returns to dismantle, pack, and either return the pieces to you for storage or hold them in our facility until the following year. Many of our clients choose ongoing storage so the same pieces return each season without effort on their part.
