We work with Vienna’s finest restaurants, but we generally recommend that restaurants purchase their seasonal décor on a retail basis with a volume discount rather than through the rental programme. This gives the restaurant full ownership and control of the pieces, and is more cost-effective for spaces that do not require the full logistics and changeover service. Seasonal Tree Rental
Van der Gucht premium trees delivered, installed and styled for each season. We handle everything from storage between seasons to professional assembly and placement. Trees are maintained to showroom condition throughout the rental period.

Full Botanical Installation
Complete seasonal botanical installations across multiple spaces, combining trees, silk and real touch florals, outdoor plants and vessels. Each installation is designed specifically for your spaces by our creative director Sofia Synanidi.

Annual Seasonal Programme
A year-round managed programme covering all four seasons. We design, install, refresh and manage your seasonal décor throughout the entire year, Christmas, Spring, Summer and Autumn, under a single annual agreement.

Project Enquiry
You submit an enquiry via this page or contact us directly. We ask about your spaces, the number of pieces required, the season and your timeline.

Site Visit & Proposal
We visit your site, assess all spaces and prepare a fully detailed proposal, pieces, placement, installation schedule and investment.

Agreement & Scheduling
Once approved, we formalise the rental agreement and schedule all installation and collection dates around your operational requirements.

Delivery & Installation
Our team delivers, assembles and styles everything by hand. We work around your schedule to minimise disruption. Most installations are completed in a single day.

Collection & Storage
At season end our team returns to disassemble, collect and transport everything to our storage facility. Your pieces are maintained in perfect condition until the next season.
