Payment Methods
All prices shown include Austrian value added tax at 20 percent. Delivery costs are shown separately and in full before you complete your order.
How you can pay
We never see or store your full card details. These are entered directly into the payment provider’s secure environment.
Card. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed by WooPayments. Your card is charged when your order is placed.
Apple Pay and Google Pay. Pay with a card stored in your Apple or Google wallet. These are processed through WooPayments in the same way as a card payment. The buttons appear only on supported devices and browsers.
Klarna. Pay later or pay in instalments, processed through Mollie and settled by Klarna, subject to Klarna’s approval. Klarna acts as a separate provider and carries out its own identity and credit assessment under its own terms and privacy notice.
Bank transfer. Available for larger orders and for business customers by arrangement. Contact us and we issue a pro forma invoice. Goods are reserved once payment is received.
When payment is taken
For goods in stock, payment is taken when you place your order.
For preorders, payment is taken in full at the time of order to secure the piece for you. Your statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected and runs from the day you receive the goods.
For bespoke commissions and installation projects, payment follows the schedule set out in the individual agreement for that project, normally a deposit on signature and the balance before installation
Business customers
Corporate, hotel, and trade clients may be granted payment terms by separate written agreement. We issue pro forma invoices on request. Please contact us to discuss.
Security
Card details are entered directly into the payment provider’s secure environment and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. All payment pages are encrypted.
Currency and international orders
We invoice in euro. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
